Michael, thank you for sharing your feedback. We were surprised by this review and would like to clarify a few points. Your parents selected the Lincoln Corsair together, and flat towing was not discussed prior to purchase. When the concern was raised, we promptly confirmed the information with Lincoln and communicated it to them. At their request, we explored alternative vehicles and offered multiple solutions and incentives in an effort to find the right fit. Ultimately, the contract was released through finance.
