This dealer is the worst I have ever seen! I took my vehicle to them for their "expert advice" only to find out they are not experts at all. I ended up forking out $600.00 just to find out what was wron vehicle to them for their "expert advice" only to find out they are not experts at all. Long story short, they NEVER did find out what was wrong with it, but ended up costing me more and more money until (after a year) finding someone who was honest and knew right what to do. I do not have time to write a full review, but I do intend on writing more. Please trust me until I have time to finish my story... Fairway Ford will not only rip you off, but their not professional or knowledgeable at all! It's sad I had to pay them to trouble shoot and do guess work on my vehicle. Please be aware that the "good reviews" you are reading are probably not from real people, but from fairway them self writing their own reviews. I know way to many people who have had problems with this place and they are glad to rip you off and leave you with the same problems you paid them to fix! More

Salesman was VERY RUDE and INSULTING from the start. Told us we couldn't test drive a Mustang unless we were going to buy it, because he "can't sell it with miles on it".
