The total experience was awesome. Josh Bennett was probably the best salesman I've ever worked with. Very considerate to me especially when I felt ill during my visit. Josh and Chance really deserve to be recognized. I had been to 4 other dealerships before Fairway, and was so pleased with how I was treated, I cancelled 2 other appointments that I had that day with other dealerships. Thank you Fairway Ford so much for a very pleasant experience during a very difficult time in my life. Also, I love their commercials. You should have a suggestion box for your employees and give rewards for good ideas. Everyone was great, I came in on the fly without an appointment and the staff seemed very pleased to fit me in and get the service done quickly. I dropped the car. I entered the dealership late on a Friday and was greeted as soon as I arrived. BJ asked every single question possible to understand my needs. He was very knowledgeable about the new cars they as well as th as soon as I arrived. BJ asked every single question possible to understand my needs. I ended up purchasing a 2014 Ford Fusion because of the price of the car, which included all the features that I was looking for and some extras that were a plus. The finance department was also great during my time with them. They were able to get the car to the price that kept me in my payment plan range. I will definitely recommended BJ and Fairway Ford for friends looking for new or used cars. More
