Mr. McMillian answer my request from the internet as soon as possible. My husband and I had been to other dealerships in the area. One had quoted us a price and when we went to buy the trunk, the price was changed. So we left. I received Mr. McMillian call the next morning and I was leaving the house. I told him husband at work and he would not be able to come until next week. He said I will not let you down and will work with us. I said ok. Anyway I went around to the lot the same day, and the rest is history. He did not have the 150 my husband wanted. So he search for it. He located it and it was delivered to our house on Sat. It was from Wed through Sat that it was in our ownership. Everything was fast and smooth. He told us about the incentives, rebates and the monies from Ford , if finance through them. My husband got the price he wanted to pay with everything , total. Thanks everyone for their support. This is our seventh Ford, we have had an Expedition, vans-4, and he kept his 150-2005. So he has 2 trunks now. Yes, we will go back to Fairway Ford .Thanks for a wonderful buying experience. Gavin had to bring us home, push my trade-in a few feet to the lot, gave my grandchild money for gum and had to met my husband to unlock the trunk, also told him where to go get the extras, the coating and the cover for the back. Husband is happy. Sharon was very helpful , with the paper work . So easy. Thanks. Along with manager and the greeters at the entrance. All employees greeted us.

I bought a 2001 used mustang. at the time of the sale i was promised certain repairs to the vehicle to include repairing the seat covers that had some small holes in them and repairs rto the paint that had some dings and scratches. well once i drove the car off the lot i tried to schedule the work to be done and the dealership would tell me they had no openings at the time for those certain repairs but if i wanted to leave the car for a couple weeks they might be able to take care of it...i asked them for a loner car and they told me no way...so buyer beware they will no stand up to their point of sale promises
