I came in for a 5,000 mile maintenance service- there were some changes made since my previous visit- I was greeted promptly by Marshall- my information taken- I was informed about the maintenance schedu were some changes made since my previous visit- I was greeted promptly by Marshall- my information taken- I was informed about the maintenance schedules which was helpful- I decided what I needed and gave the go ahead- I then had to go to a meeting so I utilized the complimentary shuttle service- the driver Brad was very knowledgeable about Ford service and products as well as Greenville and its many activities to enjoy- you'd think he was a concierge!- my meeting finished up quicker than I anticipated so I returned earlier than discussed expecting to wait- my car was parked right in front- completed to my surprise!- Marshall stepped out and escorted me to the cashier answering any questions I had on the way- the cashier couldn't have been nicer- no one Likes to bring their car in for service- but let me say- I left Fairway that day smiling- good employees who care Really make a difference... A bunch of liars! Turn away from this place. If you cannot, well do your homework really well and read the contract three times before signing. Not only they pretended that they don't know the promotions that Ford offers to get more money from your pocket, they plan unethical tricks by "mention" to you an offer (like free maintenance) but NOT write in contract due to "conflict to other promotions" so you don't really get it, which they won't tell you until it is too late! I had a great experience at Fairway when I went in to get a flat tire repaired. The service staff at Fairway repeatedly checked over the tire to make sure that my car would be safe to drive. I took my Ford Edge into the service department for an oil change and to get the keyless entry code. They told me that there was a ford sync upgrade for $45, I said no thanks. After waiting for 2 hours oil change and to get the keyless entry code. They told me that there was a ford sync upgrade for $45, I said no thanks. After waiting for 2 hours (I was told the wait would be 1 hour). I finally went to ask where my truck was. They said they tried to install the sync update 8 times and it failed. This was after I told them NOT to do it. So now my sync is broken until I can get back to take my truck in. Then when I was leaving, they tried to charge me for the keyless entry code even though I told them another dealer was taking care of the charges (just like we talked about earlier). It then took another 20 minutes waiting for them to change it. They also pretty much seemed to care less about the whole situation and didn’t seem to think I was important at all. They wasted my time, and broke sync, and now I have to go back again for them to fix it. More
EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL. I SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT WITH EASE. THE WAIT FOR SERVICE WAS REASONABLE AND THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND PROPFESSIONAL. I purchased my vehicle new and have come to Fairway for all my services. I haven't had any concerns with my vehicle, but I have maintained my vehicle according to the recomendations. Fairway has proven to be trust worthy time and time again. I believe in always bringing your vehicle in to a dealer because they have the trained technicians to do the proper job and quality parts. I also get all my oil changes and other maintaince done at Fairway because they have a REALLY good price. You couldn't change your own oil for the price of parts and hassel for the cost they charge. Every experience has been pleasant from the employees to the quality of service you get. They seem to really care about you. I would suggest to anyone that this is the best dealership I've ever dealt with. I suggest checking them out, whether you are in the market for a new or used vehicle or just need some service or body work done! You will feel great at the end of your visit! More
I can only say good things about Fairway. I moved down from Michigan about 2 years ago and out of all dealerships I've been to up north or in the south this one takes the prize. I have had my views of dealerships in the past (which- by the way were not that great). My mind is changed. My first visit to Fairway was very nice. I've come to love it here and I'm glad to have found what I consider a home for all my vehicle needs. I currently own a 2002 Explorer Sport and I brought the vehicle in for service. I didn't even know it had a safety recall but when I came to pick it up they told me I had the recall and that they completed it while my vehicle was in for service! That to me showed they were looking out for me and my safety. Glad I discovered Fairway and I will be back! More

I had a good experience at fairway. reasonable price and courteous employees. they went out of their way to find me the vehicle I wanted and worked with me on the finance end of it.
