It was nerve racking before we got there because neither of us had purchased a car before and we are newlyweds so that seemed like a huge step. As soon as we got to the lot we knew then that we were making the right decision. Randy had shown us multiple other cars but the 2016 Explorer is what we were going for so that's what we happily left with. It was a pleasant experience from the sales man to going through finances. Would recommend this lot to everyone! We love our Ford! More
