Start to finish this was a very pleasant and effortless experience for me. Falcone offered me far superior service over what I experienced at Tom Wood Volkswagen where I purchased my vehicle. "Increased engine noise"

I brought my 2014 Forester in for an oil change and asked they look into why it sounded noisy when slowing down until completely stopped. I thought it was something simple but turns out the transmission was going bad and it was under warranty so they replaced it at no charge. They arranged a loaner car until it was done and took care of me very well. I had it back in a few days and it is running great

"Always great at Falcone Suburu"

I brought my Suburu Forester in to have the tire checked - it had a nail in it, and I had previously taken it to a tire store, where I was told that it was through the sidewall, and was told there was no option other than a new tire. It didn't look that way to me, so I decided to see what my friends at Falcone Suburu would say. Without knowing that I had had the tire evaluated elsewhere, my service representative said that the nail was near the border between the tread and the sidewall, and said that I had THREE options - plug the hole, replace the tire, or plug the hole and replace the tire only if the plug didn't work. He actually encouraged me to plug the hole, since a slowly leaking tire is not dangerous, rather than spending money a tire I might not need - thereby proving that Falcone Suburu Service is all about customer service, and NOT all about money! At Falcone Suburu, everyone from Sales to Service (in-between) is great!

"Falcone Service Experience"

Our 2006 Saab 9-3 has 176,000 miles on it. Body and engine are still in really good shape. Some of the ancillary parts are starting to fail, though. In this case, the strut mechanism was leaking, and not only making a mess, but also causing quite a rattle in the front of the car. After discussion with the folks at Falcone, we decided it was worth the expense to go ahead with this repair. We felt comfortable and confident with the people we discussed the situation with. And, the repair seems to have solved the problem. No noise, no leaks on the garage floor.

"Fast, Courteous, Honest"

My Beetle had an emergency. Steve Halloran and the rest of the service team were crazy busy. Steve not only helped me with my car's issue, but found the time to find me alternate transport. Through it all, Steve and everyone else were attentive, courteous, and willing to help. I never feel, when completing these surveys, that I give a true picture of how very much I appreciate the service team. Their help, consideration, and honesty makes me fully confident in my vehicle maintenance needs. As long as I am buying cars, I will buy them from Falcone.

"Honesty is the best policy"

I brought my 2000 VW Beetle in for an oil change and wheel alignment. Steve, as usual, took very good care of me. It turns out that I did not need the alignment. I really appreciate the honesty in letting me know that I didn't need the alignment. Falcone Service is an honest service dealer. Unfortunately, that's not true for many repair shops. However,and thank goodness, he ran a complete inspection of the vehicle, which they always due at no charge to the customer, and found some important safety issues with the car that needed to be addressed in the near future. Very important! And on top of it all, I got a free car wash. Can't do any better than that. Thank you Falcone and especially Steve Halloran who has always been there for me. Thanks Steve!
