My Beetle had an emergency. Steve Halloran and the rest of the service team were crazy busy. Steve not only helped me with my car's issue, but found the time to find me alternate transport. Through it all, Steve and everyone else were attentive, courteous, and willing to help. I never feel, when completing these surveys, that I give a true picture of how very much I appreciate the service team. Their help, consideration, and honesty makes me fully confident in my vehicle maintenance needs. As long as I am buying cars, I will buy them from Falcone.
