Machanic was dirty, got in and out of my car and it still smells like Burnt oil. Left used oil all over my belly pan . Had the opportunity of using Family Ford for a required service on my company truckwhich is a 2019 F-150. We are required to always have services done at a dealership when we can't do so in-house and Famil service on my company truckwhich is a 2019 F-150. We are required to always have services done at a dealership when we can't do so in-house and Family Ford was the only one with availability in comparison to some of the bigger dealerships who had wait times up to two weeks out. Went to their location in St. Georges which was only about 25 minutes away from my workplace in Walterboro, and was greeted and warmly received. I waited for my vehicle and it took less than 1 hour to do the requested services and I was on my way back to work. I got their "The Works" service which includes a free tire rotation along with the other items I'm required to get. More
