Purchased my 2018 Ford Edge from Family Ford, St. George, SC in May of 2019 from Benny Westbury, General Sales Manager. Go back for routine service, new tires, etc. Stopped there last Thursday (8/1 George, SC in May of 2019 from Benny Westbury, General Sales Manager. Go back for routine service, new tires, etc. Stopped there last Thursday (8/11/22) because of a message saying "System Off to Save Battery" on my screen. Turns out the battery died after I parked and they were able to find one nearby and get me back on the road within the hour! Great Service Department Team! More
