Ken, does a great job - I would recommend for a pay raise. Ken is the guy I see when I come for service. Explains everything out as what was done. Finally found a great Service Dept. I tried several Ford Service Departments that were closer to me in MA before finding Family Ford of Enfield. The service reps all seemed to treat me like they either assumed I was clueless or they had better things to do with their time. The service reps at Family Ford are the complete opposite. They talk to me respectfully and make sure to answer any questions I might have, the estimates of how long service will take are right on the money, and they've even let me know that service wasn't needed yet when I've called too early. It's totally worth the drive. More
