Ken is always on top of the Ford Owners Advantage, and gives me deals when they are available (Like sending a form in for a rebate etc). Ken is very good at describing a problem so the tech's can fix it (I had a problem with the radio that required that I cycle power to get it to come on). I described the problem and Ken made sure it was fixed. I rate the service of this dealership very highly. AAA+++ More

When I got there I was taken care immediately by Ken. I was given a diagnostic reason for my issue and told that they had to order the part and wouldn't be in until the next day. I told them I had a very important appointment I needed to be at the next day and did they think the car would be done in time. Ken said he would let the mechanic know. The following day I got a call letting me know the car was serviced.... They met the timeline, I was pleasantly surprised. I was shuttled by Dan, who was prompt and personable. The professionalism and understanding of my needs went over and beyond what I expected! A huge thank you to everyone including the mechanic who worked on it! More
