Bought a Car while we were on vacation!! Went to Dallas to visit parents on a vacation. Decide to go vehicle shopping. There we met Derrick Mickens who was super helpful and allowed us to test drive a vehicle we were looking at to see how we liked it. Derrick had to be out the next day so he handed us over to Joshua Tackett who put in a full day work with my husband and I and went over and above and jumped through hoops for us to help us get the vehicle we wanted and the best deal for the money. These two are a great team and my husband and I enjoyed working with them and would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. There was never any pressure for either of them. I said I did not want to drive to the dealership and receive any surprises. I was assured that wouldn't happen. After I arrived to the dealership, we confirmed the price multiple times. I went through financing and finally they presented the final paperwork that now included a "$995 accessories" charge. The $995 was was for dent and windshield insurance. I asked them to remove it, but they refused. They essentially attempted to raise the price of the car $995 for what I considered worthless dent and windshield insurance. I walked out of the dealership after that. Avoid this place or be ready for them to shadily add $995 to deal for an unwanted insurance. More

State Inspection tha was not done when I bought the car. Had an appointment for 11 o'clock I waited for about 45 minutes before they got my information. The inspection should've been done before they deliver me the car. Had to make an extra trip from Duncanville to the dealership again. It was done at 12:45pm. Not acceptable for just an inspection.
