In the DFW area there are so many reputable Toyota dealerships, you should not waste your time here!! We agreed to a price over the phone. I said I did not want to drive to the dealership and receive any surprises. I was assured that wouldn't happen. After I arrived to the dealership, we confirmed the price multiple times. I went through financing and finally they presented the final paperwork that now included a "$995 accessories" charge. The $995 was was for dent and windshield insurance. I asked them to remove it, but they refused. They essentially attempted to raise the price of the car $995 for what I considered worthless dent and windshield insurance. I walked out of the dealership after that. Avoid this place or be ready for them to shadily add $995 to deal for an unwanted insurance. More

State Inspection tha was not done when I bought the car. Had an appointment for 11 o'clock I waited for about 45 minutes before they got my information.
