Andrei is Fantastic I would not consider buying a vehicle from anyone other than Andrei Mihailescu. Third time I have been at his desk in the past 5 months with friends a I would not consider buying a vehicle from anyone other than Andrei Mihailescu. Third time I have been at his desk in the past 5 months with friends and this past visit, for myself. Waited for him to return from vacation before going in. He is always respectful, fun and extremely helpful. I have been a returning customer for nearly 20 years. He has never steered me wrong. He works hard for me and keeps me calm in all circumstances.... Thank you, Andrei, for my new Prius. I love it! More

Fast, friendly Travis was my on-line sales contact. He did everything he could to help me get the vehicle I wanted and make certain I was taken care of in a respectf Travis was my on-line sales contact. He did everything he could to help me get the vehicle I wanted and make certain I was taken care of in a respectful manner. He treated me with honesty and courtesy. When I arrived at the dealership at 5:30, the vehicle was there for my inspection, the paperwork was quick and if it wasn't for my insurance office being closed, I would have been driving my new 4runner home that evening. This dealership is not the closest for me, it's >30 miles, I will be returning to them for my maintenance visits and any other issues I have thanks to my interactions with Travis.
