He fully answered all my questions and concerns and made sure the rest of my family was comfortable during all the paperwork. We worked with Nick Lipinski for the finance portion, he was wonderful in explaining all the ins and outs of the finance process and packages that were offered. Overall we were very pleased with our interaction with this dealership and would go out of our way to come back should we ever decide on another purchase in the future. Horrible Customer Service I purchased a new Tundra from them back in July 2016, I even drove 9 hours to get it. After about a month the truck developed an issue known as "rai I purchased a new Tundra from them back in July 2016, I even drove 9 hours to get it. After about a month the truck developed an issue known as "rail dust." This is when cars are transported via train and tiny particles of metal from the wheels/brakes end up all over the surface of the care. After a while they oxidize on the surface of a vehicle and my new truck had tiny rust spots all over it. My local dealership wouldn't cover it so I called and they said they would take care of it. It cost me almost $200 to get it removed and I still don't have a check nor will anyone return my calls. More
