That said, I am glad I chose the dealership to make my purchase. The entire experience was good and the people are great. My salesperson, Andrei was more than helpful. I got the deal I wanted and no hassle in finance. Considering I went in with only a trade, which I was upside down on, I still drove off in a great car and with $0 down payment. My payment was actually lower than expected, even though I was happy with what I was told before going to finance. (I'll take it!) I highly recommend this dealership for a no hassle deal. More

The first time we took my Wife's car in for service and we forgot to ask Jason to have the rear view mirror to be tightened up. She couldn't adjust her mirror. Jason made arrangements to get the mirror tightened right away. Outstanding!! Then I took my Prius in for the 30K Service. Perfect!! Could not have been happier. The car was washed and looked as good as new. Outstanding!! Then I needed an annual inspection on our Suburban. You guessed it!! Jason came through again. An Honest Dealership In today's world it is hard to find a car dealership that doesn't go for high pressure sales but Family Toyota of Arlington seems to value honest busi In today's world it is hard to find a car dealership that doesn't go for high pressure sales but Family Toyota of Arlington seems to value honest business over pushing customers to buy something. The first time we visited the lot, we didn't even have a salesperson come running up to us. We had a chance to look around without a salesperson hounding us the whole way. We made an appointment and met with Darell Shaffer, who promptly handed us the keys to the vehicle we wanted to test drive. He didn't even insist on riding with us. Instead, he allowed us to take a drive without the pressure of a sales person in the vehicle trying to hype up the car. We were satisfied with the test drive and started the paperwork. The nice thing about Family Toyota is they offered their best price up front and even told us if they cannot match another dealer they would understand and tell us to go for the best deal we could get. They do a lot of the paperwork up front so that you don't spend two hours in the finance department getting pushed to buy extended warranties and such. Overall, it's refreshing to find a dealership that works with their customers to get the best deal instead of pushing a sale. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a Toyota. More
