Love my 4Runner I've always purchased "practacle" vehicles in the past, but decided to get what I wanted this go around. I purchased a new Toyota 4Runner 4 Wheel Driv I've always purchased "practacle" vehicles in the past, but decided to get what I wanted this go around. I purchased a new Toyota 4Runner 4 Wheel Drive and I cannot be happier. I've already taken it to the New Mexico and Arkansas mountains. I love to camp and backpack, and the 4Runner is a great fit for my lifestyle. I had visited two other dealerships before Family. My salesman was Lupe and he was the reason I purchased from this location. He was personable and helpful and I felt that he truly wanted me to be happy with my choice rather than just getting the sale. I will ask for him again as I am sure my next car will be another Toyota from Family Toyota! More

But then, everyone I came in contact with at the dealership was friendly -- just as the name says! I have purchased many, many cars in my time and this was one of the best! Very helpful for first time buyer I went in to test drive a Rav4 and ended up driving off the lot in my very own new 2017 Rav4. Adam was very helpful over the phone when I was setting up a time to go in and test drive a rav4. When I was at the dealership Dontha was the sales representative that was able to answer all of the questions I had. Dontha and Patrick were able to draw up different options on pricing and find the best payments suited for me. Leon was also very helpful when signing the lease agreement and going over final financial details. All around an incredible first time experience for me and great employees that were very friendly and willing to help me get my dream car. I will definitely be going back for any other car I buy. I have purchased several vehicles over the years, new, used, leased and like many others perhaps, found the whole car buying experience a long draw out nuisance until coming to Family Toyota. I was very pleased with the whole purchase process from beginning to end. At no point did I feel rushed, pressured or belittled in any way. My salesman Andre knew my purchased vehicle inside and out, explaining all the bells and whistles to me along with answering any questions I had promptly and with confidence, not giving me the run around or typical fake sales pitches I've encountered at other dealerships in the past. The great thing was that any of the other sales staff there I encountered were genuine. What a relieve to not feel as though I was stuck in a shark tank on the brink of a feeding frenzy. I would recommend to anyone shopping for a vehicle, new or used to visit Family Toyota, it was definitely worth my time. Thanks guys for taking care of business the right way. More
