Quick, pleasant, and welcoming dealership and salesperson We had been looking for weeks and narrowed down to a Toyota Camry. We had used various sites and apps. We had a couple bad experiences at dealerships, We had been looking for weeks and narrowed down to a Toyota Camry. We had used various sites and apps. We had a couple bad experiences at dealerships, but Family Toyota was a true breath of fresh air. My husband found a list of certified pre-owned cars on Edmunds and we really liked this Camry at Family Toyota. I actually was not aware of Family Toyota before this as they are new. I was actually at another dealership negotiating on 2 other Camrys. I started texting with John West at Family Toyota while at the other dealership. He explained they have really aggressive pricing on the web site. The Camry at Family Toyota was still under factory warranty and was just what we were looking for. We decided to visit Family Toyota. They were closing in 30 minutes, but we were warmly welcomed at the dealership by John West. We looked at and drove the car. It was amazing. It was in the best condition of any others that we had driven. There was not much negotiation. We paid the sticker price. It was reasonable, but we tried. We did get a $200 gas card from Edmunds because that is how we came to the dealership! The process was quick and painless. The finance process with Richard was the quickest I have ever seen. There was no pressure and just offered some options. I had been to several dealerships and this was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend! More

First New Car This is my first time shopping for a new car and after some research, I made my way down to Family Toyota in Arlington. I spoke with Sergio on the phone prior to heading out and he was ready and waiting for us. The first car he brought out was the perfect color and we went on a real test drive, both highway and city. After the thorough test drive, I was convinced that this was the vehicle I wanted. The sales manager, Lyman, was great to deal with and we walked out with the car the very same day. I'm extremely pleased with my new Camry as well as the experience I had with Sergio and Lyman. I look forward to bringing my vehicle back to this location for regular maintenance and service. More
