Great Car Buying Experience First I didn't realize there was more than one Toyota dealer in Arlington. Was referred to Andrei by the person who will be installing a special sea First I didn't realize there was more than one Toyota dealer in Arlington. Was referred to Andrei by the person who will be installing a special seat for my handicapped wife. Andrei was great to work with. He understood our needs and showed us the car that would work for us. We had no intention of buying when we visited the dealership but when the numbers for the Sienna and the trade for my Ford Taurus were shown to us we were impressed with what we considered a more than generous offer. Didn't feel a need for further negotiation. We ended up buying the car recognizing that, due to plant shutdowns, the supply of Sienna's was limited and the car we wanted may not be available if we waited. Kevin, the finance person, was also very accommodating and great to work with. We anticipate that working with the service group for maintenance will be an equally satisfying experience. More
