Anthony also gave me much needed personal assistance by picking me up at my home, giving me a ride to my Credit Union to sign those documents , then back to the dealership to finish with Scott in finance. Anthony then showed me all the details about my car such as syncing my phone with the blue tooth, etc . He made sure I had no questions about my car before I left the dealership and answer any questions that I did have. You truly have a gem in Anthony Cervantes and I have told him that I look forward to returning and buying another car from him in the future.( will review Scott in finance separately as I do have comments and questions regarding the customer service received by Scott). Your Best Salesperson I just wanted to let you know that Dontha Robinson (Dontae) was excellent to work with during the purchase of my new car. There were a ton of issues, I just wanted to let you know that Dontha Robinson (Dontae) was excellent to work with during the purchase of my new car. There were a ton of issues, wrong car delivered at first. Dontae jumped right on it and had the correct car for me in under 24 hours. Dontae was able to talk me into trading in my old car by giving me a price that made me willing to part with it. And that was no easy feat. The new car came in from another dealership with the wrong accessories package and Dontae had everything straightened out before we finished with the purchase of the car. Including getting us the correct color for the floor pads for the carpet in the vehicle. Kudos to the team at Family Toyota for making the experience enjoyable even after the false start with the wrong car. More
