I wish I had never purchased here!!!! If you dont like being lied to dont use family toyota of arlington. These parts on my truck are so covered in carbon they dont even function. I've got 2700 dollars worth of emissions repairs to look forward to despite their "60 day warranty" I took delivery if the truck 2 days late which cost me some important work because they needed time to look the truck over and get it inspected. Now I'm being told that they never looked the truck over in the first place because I needed the truck for work so urgently. The way I see it they owe me 2 batteries, a full service bumper to bumper to repair other systems that do not work and 2700 dollars of emissions system repairs. They offered to sell me the repairs at their "cost" instead of honoring their warranty!!!! Their employee publicly accused me of swapping batteries out in my truck to try and get new ones from the dealer for free. On top of being denied the service I was promised and leaving the dealer unsatisfied, they left my hood popped!!! I had to pull off the road and close it. This is the worst buying experience i have had!!! Their salesman told me he buys all his weed pens from the finance guy who did my paperwork. They must have been high because they both lied to me....
