Customer service My daughter bought a car last month from Davin. Davin was amazing. Yesterday we brought the car in for an IOU. Upon arrival I walked thru the showroo My daughter bought a car last month from Davin. Davin was amazing. Yesterday we brought the car in for an IOU. Upon arrival I walked thru the showroom and not one person greeted me, not even the receptionist Desirae Pope. I walked thru to service still no greetings. I walked back thru and once again not one greeting, iI guess their personal phone in their face was more important. Returned to pick up her car from service the next day only to receive the same treatment. And when she went into service department they looked at her and continued whatever they were doing. No hello, no how can i help you. Horrible customer service. If it wasnt for Davins outstanding service I wouldn't be back . If i was there to buy a car and received this treatment i would have taken my money elsewhere. TJ in service was awesome. More
