Salesman was friendly, professional and courteous. All in all this was a good experience. Except for two issues. I would have given them a 5 star rating. When I first viewed the vehicle, the rear driver’s side tail light was busted and the bumper had been scratched. i is not complain about this nor did I ask for a lower price on the vehicle. 1st issue: The problem was the gas gauge was sitting on empty when I looked at vehicle. When I went to pic it up they said they had put in gasoline. But the low gas light was still on. They did not add any additional gas. 2nd issue: The financial assistant was very aggressive when offering the extended warranty. What I never understood was how my monthly payment was lower with the warranty than without??? I thing the phrase is “smoke and mirrors.” More
