Family Toyota and Frank Devries Are Awesome! I contacted several Toyota dealers in Texas regarding 2018 4Runners they had in their inventory. Shortly after contacting Family Toytota of Arlington I contacted several Toyota dealers in Texas regarding 2018 4Runners they had in their inventory. Shortly after contacting Family Toytota of Arlington, I received a telephone call from Frank Devries, their Internet Sales Manager. Frank exhibited the best traits of a salesman, he was informative, helpful, polite, patient, and none of the negative traits, he was not pushy and did not pressure me. As bad luck would have it, the 4Runner I was interested in was sold shortly before I committed to buying it. Frank committed to finding me the same vehicle from another dealership. He delivered. He quickly found a nearly identical vehicle, and had it transferred to Family Toyota of Arlington. He also agreed to have Family Toyota install running boards on it at a very great price. We agreed on a great price for he vehicle and they gave me a fair price for my trade-in vehicle. I picked up the new 4Runner a week later and have been thrilled with it. Frank followed up with me four days later to see if I had any questions or problems he could assist me with. He quickly answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received from Frank Devries and Family Toyota of Arlington. I highly recommend them! More

Mr. Jordan worked on my old Toyota Solara 1999 model at another dealership and my experience with him then and now has been nothing but exemplary. He holds a top notch rating in my book.
