When word came back that the car was available, he personally went to the Burleson dealership and brought the car back to us to test drive. Once we decided to buy the car the whole process went quickly and smoothly. Everyone was very nice, Frank went above and beyond to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible, and Daniel explained the financing, GAP insurance, and warranty very thoroughly. We were extremely satisfied with our whole experience and plan to return when the wife is ready to trade in her Hyundai for an upgrade. More
