#FamilyRules We used this website to reach out to the salesperson that everybody seemed to love most. That's right. We picked the unicorn-hunter, the hashtag-king, We used this website to reach out to the salesperson that everybody seemed to love most. That's right. We picked the unicorn-hunter, the hashtag-king, the guy with the big smile thick rimmed glasses and red pants. I have to tell you all. We read all 20+ of his reviews and there's not another person we would recommend more than Danny Vu. Trust me when I say this.. he walks fast. He smiles big. He Laughs loud. He's polite. He's funny. He's everything that you read about in his reviews. Kevin, the General Sales Manager(?) Came out to greet us. Got us our hot chocolate. He made the deal happen. Man was he a jolly guy. He was constantly walking around making sure everyone had drinks and smiles. What a nice guy! Ed in finance? Big smile, kind hearted, addictive laugh. Man that laugh of his can be heard a mile away. He did our paperwork. He helped us put pen to paper. He helped us make our Highlander ours. Danny originally sent us the selfie we took with him to post with this review, sorry Danny if you're reading this.. we don't post our faces on public websites.. but you know you still the man!! This is the third Toyota I have bought at Family Toyota. It is the best dealership I have ever used in the past 30 some years, and Derrick is the best sales person I have had the pleasure to meet........and I am not an easy customer to deal with. I simply do not like car dealers and their sales personnel because of their approach to selling new cars. Derrick and Family Toyota are just outstanding. Derrick does everything right.
