He’s my favorite salesperson for a reason he’s friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and makes the whole process feel easy (and even enjoyable… yes, I said enjoyable 😂). Thanks again, Lee, for taking great care of me! If I’m buying another Toyota, you already know who I’m calling! 🙌🏽🔥 More

Jo took care of everything, she got me a great purchase price and great trade in price. I was looking for the Everest Green color and found it at Family. I live about 140 miles from the dealer. I starting emailing Jo on Friday 7 August, the purchase price and trade in price were finalized the same day by email. I went in on Monday the 10th. Jo took me on a test drive and showed me some of the features of the 2026. I gave Jo the trade in keys, went over to the Finance desk and signed the digital paperwork. Jo gave me the new truck keys, some paperwork and that was it. I was really worried about what I would get for my trade-in, it's a 1999 Toyota 4Runner SR5 (V6). It's in pretty good shape, it was state of the art in 99 but now it's 27 years old. Very happy with the new truck and Jo's excellent service. The new truck is like bringing the 1999 into the 21st century. Very smooth and quick process. More

According to my sales representative, the dealership automatically performs an oil change, replaces fluids, and conducts a 125-point quality inspection before delivery. Based on my experience, I have to ask — what exactly did they inspect? After purchasing the truck, I immediately noticed several issues: the emergency brake was soft, one of the bed LEDs was burnt out, and the OEM console safe was locked with an unknown combination. I had to return to the dealership to have these addressed. Not trusting the reported inspection and oil change, I decided to perform my own oil change at 2,500 miles. I'm glad I did. I needed a breaker bar to remove the oil filter, the drain plug had no washer, and the 0W-20 oil looked as though it had gone roughly 10,000 miles without being changed. Family Toyota of Burleson either misrepresented their pre-delivery service, or their technician did a very poor job. While these were ultimately minor issues, they are things that absolutely should have been caught and corrected before delivery. To make matters worse, when I attempted to reach the dealership by email — contacting Braxton Mercer, Bryan Woodard, and Nathan Mallory — I received no response from any of them. My sales representative was the only person who eventually replied. Unfortunately, this experience has become all too common when purchasing a vehicle. Do not take a dealer's word that they have inspected the vehicle. Verify everything yourself. I will not be returning as a customer. More
I began my search for a new vehicle online, using the website to customize and build the vehicle I wanted. Several dealerships reached out to me, but Nathan at Family Toyota of Burleson distinguished him website to customize and build the vehicle I wanted. Several dealerships reached out to me, but Nathan at Family Toyota of Burleson distinguished himself. He maintained a professional and straightforward approach, providing honest and fair information regarding the price of the new vehicle and the trade-in offer. Throughout the process, we communicated primarily through text messages, and he kept me informed at every stage. He even sent photos once the vehicle arrived. On the day I brought my trade-in and picked up the new vehicle, I expected a lengthy and frustrating process. Please note that I live 2.5 hours away from the dealership. I anticipated that prices would need to be renegotiated and that it would take several hours. However, everything went smoothly and efficiently, exceeding my expectations. I had pre-arranged my own financing but was open to the dealership matching or beating the terms. Manny in the finance department was just as professional as Nathan. He was honest about not being able to improve my existing financing deal and explained the available service package options without using high-pressure sales tactics. His approach was very refreshing. I highly recommend this dealership and particularly commend Nathan and Manny for their professionalism. The experience was well worth the trip. More

We appreciated her honesty and straight forwardness, and she was incredibly easy to work with. We did our due diligence and shopped five other Toyota dealerships, and family Toyota of Burleson was by far the cleanest and had most respectful staff all the way from front receptionist to sales to service. We would absolutely buy from family Toyota of Burleson again and recommend anyone just to skip other Toyota dealerships and buy from Jo as Super Girl will find you the best vehicle and deal! More
Five stars. Highly recommend. I searched the country for the exact Tundra I wanted. I had a very narrow search, specific year, trim, mileage, and color combinati Highly recommend. I searched the country for the exact Tundra I wanted. I had a very narrow search, specific year, trim, mileage, and color combination. After weeks of searching, I found it on the lot at Family Toyota of Burleson. I'm out of state, so Jairus gave me a FaceTime tour of the vehicle. He never rushed the conversation or put any pressure on my decision. Instead, he answered every question thoughtfully and honestly. He didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, he actually knew the truck inside and out. Since it was pre-owned, he made it a point to show me every small imperfection I would inevitably see after purchasing it. There weren't many, but doing this built my confidence that nothing was being hidden. We openly discussed pricing, vehicle history, transportation cost, and the trade-offs of buying out of state. Together we landed on a fair price that accounted for my travel expenses and I put down a deposit. Manny promptly secured financing that beat my local credit union by 15 bps. Everyone did their jobs. At this point the deal was essentially done. This is where Jairus stepped up and earned a customer for life. My flight into Dallas on the Fourth of July wasn’t scheduled to arrive until 4:00pm. My plan was to Uber to the dealership, sign the paperwork, and get on the road toward Amarillo by sundown. Knowing how important it was to save time, Jairus reached out with an idea. He offered to pick me up from the airport in the Tundra so I could skip the Uber, finish the paperwork with him, and get a head start on the drive home. He had already closed the deal. His job was done. He still chose to go out of his way to take care of a customer he had already earned. During the drive, he mentioned that Independence Day is an important tradition for his family. They get together every year for dinner and fireworks. He would already be celebrating had he not decided to make my experience better. Every once in a while you meet someone who genuinely cares about doing excellent work, takes pride in serving others, and represents their company with integrity. Jairus is one of those people. My experience with the rest of the team at the dealership was nothing but positive too. Well done to everyone involved. Buying a vehicle sight unseen from another state requires a tremendous amount of trust. Family Toyota earned mine, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family looking for an honest dealership. Ask for Jairus. More
We have been considering a new car for awhile. Because we purchased our last car at Family Toyota, we started there. Our salesman was Nick Nichols. He is fantastic! We probably started ou search Because we purchased our last car at Family Toyota, we started there. Our salesman was Nick Nichols. He is fantastic! We probably started ou search in March. We weren't in a big hurry and Nick was very patient with us and not pushy at all. We shopped several different dealerships and ended up back at Family Toyota where we purchased our Corolla Cross Hybrid. So if you want a patient, non-pushy car salesman, visit Family Toyota in Burleson and ask for Nick Nichols. A shout out to Sierra Minkins who sold us our last car. She has moved up at the dealership, and no longer sells. She was also the greatest. We appreciate everyone that assisted us in our purchase. More

She was very helpful, I bought a Tacoma from Family Toyota in Arlington and I was wanting to get my oil changed. Jenna George was my service advisor. She was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. My Tacoma was taken right away and the wait was very pleasurable. The dealership is very nice with ice cream and coffee for waiting customers. In short, she was fantastic. When Jenna and I were talking about service for my truck the subject of tires came up. My tires are at the end of their life and Tommy Rey suggested that Family Toyota could provide me new tires at a competitive price. The price was comparable to a discount tire store. I, therefore, bought 4 new tires from Tommy. A really great guy who took care everything that I asked and made sure that I was happy with the service. More
