He said they received my paperwork and wanted know what was a good time to come and look at the truck. He first made sure to verify that it was still currently there and was ready to be test driven. I received a follow up text message the next morning confirming our scheduled time and that he was holding the truck for me. Once I got there the truck was exactly was it supposed to be, along with the price. This kid knocked it out of the park. Took care of everything and had even moved all of my personal belongings to my new ride while I was finishing up in finance. Don’t be afraid to shop here, make sure to ask for Joesph! More

I have been in the market for a new vehicle that would fit my quickly growing little family. We have already purchased 4 cars from Sierra at Family Toyota of Burleson, so it was natural for us to wait for fit my quickly growing little family. We have already purchased 4 cars from Sierra at Family Toyota of Burleson, so it was natural for us to wait for the right deal and right car to come along, and purchase again from her. We live over 4 hours away, so when we found a car we were interested in, we text Sierra to see about coming to check the car out. Unfortunately, it was a Saturday and the car was at their Arlington location. Thankfully it was still available and Sierra offered to drive over there to pick it up for us to come and look at first thing that following Monday. We had her schedule our appointment for first thing that Monday morning, and she was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. The Sequoia was in excellent shape, and was exactly what we were looking for!! After a quick test drive and look over, we were satisfied. She sent us over to Derek in finance, who thoroughly went over our paperwork and had us in and out in a timely manner. The experience was exactly what we expected, and couldn't be more satisfied!
