It's taken me a while (sorry, Gabe), but I'm finally writing my review.... I took my mom to look at 4Runners last weekend while she was in town. She desperately needed a new one as her's was 16 years ol writing my review.... I took my mom to look at 4Runners last weekend while she was in town. She desperately needed a new one as her's was 16 years old with a lot of miles. I bought a 2022 4Runner here so I knew where to take her. We met Gabriel Harris and were off to the races. I think he went back and forth for different sets of keys 20 times. She drove several and settled on a Silver Limited she liked. There was a little negotiation and probably a lot of me being a PITA (pain in the a$$). By the end of the day, Mom drove off in her brand new, shiny silver, 2024 4Runner Limited. Now, while all this was happening, Gabe made a comment about Toyota moving to a 4 cyl engine for all 4Runners in 2025. Now.... it was bad enough they dumped the V8 in 2010, but seriously, a 4 banger?!?!? I had absolutely ZERO thoughts about getting a new vehicle when I drove onto that lot. Needless to say, those thoughts changed. I was extremely disappointed with their offer to me and refused any further discussion to concentrate on Mom. That was Friday. Over the weekend, I thought about it, realized I was being completely unreasonable and text Gabe that I would be back on Monday. Within an hour, I test drove the truck, we negotiated, and they started looking for the color I wanted. I was told to give them 8-10 days. Less than 48 hours later, they had it on the lot, cleaned, my paperwork signed, and I was driving off in my brand new, shiny blue, 2024 4Runner Limited. After all that, I have to say, Gabe was great to work with. His ability to deal and be patient with my stubbornness and obsessive nature was no small feat (I'm not a "Karen", I promise). I also have to shout out the manager, Faheem, for making sure I got everything I wanted and for having Gabe's back while dealing with me (not many bosses do that). Leith, in financing, was great and answered all my OCD questions clearly and with humor. I also do not want to leave out Shelby for helping me and Gabe set up the electronics. As I'm sure you can tell, I was impressed with the entire experience and will be sending anyone I know looking for a vehicle. Family Toyota of Burleson is the best dealership I've ever dealt with and now will not go to another. Thank you, again, to everyone and I'm sure I'll see ya'll around! More

Our 5,000 mile maintenance check was a little overdue and we took it into Family Toyota in Burleson at 1 PM on a Saturday.
