Living an hour away from the dealership makes scheduling and completing repairs more complicated than it might be for others, so when a scheduled repair was not completed satisfactorily - returning to the d and completing repairs more complicated than it might be for others, so when a scheduled repair was not completed satisfactorily - returning to the dealership was a hassle. The service manager offered to have a driver pick up my vehicle to rectify the problem, yet almost one month later the dealership has yet to follow through with that commitment. The experience has been a disappointment - making it unlikely I would patronize the dealership again or recommend it to others. More

I had a great experience with Matt Bates and Larry Zimmerman .(Internet Sales) Matt was the main point of contact. Chris the Finance Manager was especially helpful. There is in my opinion a tire balance or front end alignment issue with the Solara Convertible I purchased and don't you know the on day I drive from Cincinnati to Fannin the service department is closed for inventory purposes. Chris stepped up and agreed that we should not have to drive this extreme distance to have the tire balance and alignment checked out. he agreed that that could be done here is Cincinnati and I could forward the receipt to Fannin to be reimbursed. What great customer service!!!!! I am so impressed that I will drop Fannin's name with my friends here in Cincinnati. More

We were always treated with the up-most respect, customer service was great, and the staff was very friendly. I feel she got a great car for a great price and would highly recommend them to all my family and friends.
