My only concern is clearly Farrish is understaffed and working their finance team too hard if I had to wait 4 hours to get to see Kathleen and yet she was still smiling! More

The staff at Farrish was very friendly. Of note they did not engage in the common high pressure tactics I have seen at other dealerships. John Grundy was especially helpful as our sales rep.
