I did try and get the price lower but I was told the price was as low as they could go because of the internet pricing , I did see that the price was cut over $5000 , that made me feel better ,gave me a fair price for my broken car that was in the shop.John Grundy was a pleasure to work with no pressure to up sell us ,very knowledgeable ,he asked what we were interested in and went with that ,he drove us all over to look at the different cars in their inventory.We took a long test drive and felt we could have drove around even longer if need be.Working with John was great , we wish him well and will send him business when our friends ask. Farish has a beautiful dealership and we were very comfortable there , very modern and alots of trucks and cars to see in the showroom.A great dealership and we will be back again for service and if finances allow another car. I had received quotes from at least 10 different dealerships. They all were pretty much “singing to the same hymn” so to speak. Farrish gave me the lowest price I could find anywhere. Terry Fant (salesman) took a great deal of time with me after the sale to show me all kinds of features on the Jeep. He showed me how to pair my phone up (actually did it for me), showed me how to put the soft top down, etc. He is incredible knowledgeable. I would definitely deal with them again. More

When I said I still needed to test other brands, they made me a very good offer to convince me to make a decision right then and t price indication. When my local Dodge dealer failed to obtain the specific car I wanted and took 4 days to finally convince me they had failed even after taking a deposit, I called Farrish and spoke with Stacie Wakefield to car I wanted and took 4 days to finally convince me they had failed even after taking a deposit, I called Farrish and spoke with Stacie Wakefield to tell her why I was calling and what I was looking for. Stacie called me back in 20 minutes to tell me that she had found the exact car in every respect and she gave me a price in the same phone call that was close to $1,000 better than the deal offered by my local dealer. We signed the deal the next day and I drove the car off of their lot 2 days later. Stacie was very knowledgable about the car and was thorough in going over the details with me before I drove away. The financing offered by the dealership was comparable to other dealers but not as good as you can get on your own. All in all I believe I got great customer service and a fair deal. More

This was my first car buying experience and Terry made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. He never tried to sell me something I didn't want and I was grateful to have worked with someone who also owns (and has for a long time) the same car I was interested in buying. Terry made my car buying experience fun and I highly recommend working with him for anyone looking to buy a Jeep. The Farrish dealership was a pretty relaxed atmosphere and Michelle in the business office was so very nice and made signing all those papers fun. I stopped by Farrish on my way home from work one night simply to avoid sitting in traffic from an impending thunder storm about to roll through Fairfax. I knew I was going to buy a new Jeep Grand Cherokee simply to avoid sitting in traffic from an impending thunder storm about to roll through Fairfax. I knew I was going to buy a new Jeep Grand Cherokee in the coming weeks but it had been 9 years since purchasing my last one and I really just wanted to take a quick peek and see what the 2013 and 2014 models looked like. As I was peering into the 2014 model in the showroom, Terry Fant asked if he could help me…. 3 hours and 3 different test driven Jeep Grand Cherokees later, I had pretty much picked out my new vehicle! There were a few options I knew I wanted but other than that, I was pretty lost. Terry took the time to explain all of the differences to me and he answered all of my questions. He was extremely patient. (He also has a great sense of humor, which really just made the whole buying experience a lot more fun in general!) He made some suggestions and then allowed me to test drive 3 different models so that I could make my decision based on the Jeep in which I felt most comfortable. He never rushed me and he never made me feel like he was trying to “sell me” on anything. He gave me a fantastic price on a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and a more than fair deal on my 2004 JGC trade-in. I came back the next day to seal the deal and drove off in my fabulous new ride. As you might imagine, there were quite a few technological advances between my 2004 and the 2013 so (thankfully) Terry suggested I make an appointment with him later in the week just so he could teach me how to work all of the technology in my new vehicle. I highly recommend Farrish, the new Jeep Grand Cherokee models AND of course my new pal, Terry Fant! Great experience all around! More

He was upfront and honest with me from the very start when I contacted him by telephone. Three days later my wife and I drove 150 miles to the dealership and the low price that he quoted to me over the phone was the real deal when I arrived at the dealership. There was no hidden fees or surprises when we arrived. The vehicle that we wanted to purchase was brought out to us and we were able to take it for a test drive immediately after looking it over. Once we arrived back from our test drive our trade in had been appraised and there was very little negotiating needed to make us happy to close the deal. Terry is very up front, honest, knowledgable on the vehicles that he sells and is a very professional car salesman. There was zero pressure placed upon my wife and I during the entire process of buying our lastest new vehicle. I would say that this is the most satisfied that my wife and I have been after purchasing a new vehicle.
