Rick explained both the positives and negatives of the vehicles we test drove in a balanced, analytical manner. He answered all my questions and provided me with a great deal of background information about the car. We went back and forth quite a bit as we negotiated a price, yet Rick took my proposals seriously and gave me realistic assessments of my offers. I had been searching for a new "used" car to replace my totaled Camry. Herb's personality was very bubbly and charismatic, he made me feel comfortable and was empathic to my need for purchasing another car. The Camry I came to see was okay, but I was not really interested. Before I walked away, he wanted to help me search for another vehicle that would meet my needs and eventually, we found it. I did call back about a particular windsheild issue...he said he would follow up... Michelle, in financing, was very curteous and friendly and was able to assist me completely with meeting my needs to close the sale. Through some additional teamwork on both parts we were able to proceed and complete the deal. Both Herb and Michelle will remain in my book as A-Okay! I would certainly consider purchasing another vehicle from them...in the distant future. For now I am enjoying my beautiful new "used" car! More
