I purchased my first Subaru (2020 Forester Sport) back in April of 2020. Unfortunately I was in an accident about 7 months after that which left my new car totaled. Honestly though, I felt very lucky that I April of 2020. Unfortunately I was in an accident about 7 months after that which left my new car totaled. Honestly though, I felt very lucky that I waited my whole life to be in a bad accident right after purchasing a Subaru. I felt so safe and walked away with only minor bruises. It took almost a month for my insurance to deem the car totaled and it was leading right up to the holiday. I ventured back in to the dealership I initially purchased from to speak with someone about my next steps and how it would all work. I worked with Tucker and he very quickly put my worries as ease and I knew it would an easy process to get back in a Forester when my insurance was ready. A few days later, I had what I needed and went back in to see Tucker, and 3 hours later I left in my new 2021 Forester Sport. Vahid was a pleasure to work with through the financing and Kayla was always friendly and a pleasure to speak with at the front desk. Overall, this past week was my second great experience with the employees at Farrish Subaru and I highly recommend Kennan (who I worked with the first time around) and Tucker for your new car needs! More
