Failed to give me all the contract paperwork. Started investigation w lender and they sent the loan back to the dealership so thank goodness I no longer have the vehicle. Than they took a check that was mailed to the dealership in my name for the first payment I made and cashed it with no intentions on giving it to me, it was from the lender with my name, guess protocol for the lender to send to dealer who is supposed to give to customer. I had to get the lender to contact dealer to get my money from the check. They are by far the worst! And will take full advantage of you More

THIS IS THE WORST DEALER I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH IN MY LIFE BY FAR, THE LIES AND THEFT IS ABSURD COMING FROM THEM. I drove all the way down from Massachusetts to new jersey, and they have 28 days to get m LIFE BY FAR, THE LIES AND THEFT IS ABSURD COMING FROM THEM. I've called a dozen times they keep blaming my insurance company. it wasn't my insurance company's fault. I have proof of this on a recorded call, all they had to do is call up the insurance company and give them all the information over the phone and the insurance company would have sent over the stamped RMV 1 Form needed and we would have been done weeks ago, Denisha at the dealer is in charge of title work, My sales person Isaac and Finance manager Cesar also have not helped me whatsoever, I feel like I'm in a bad nightmare Denisha had over a month to just take a few minutes to call them and get what she needed. At first, I thought it might have been my insurance company, until I talked to them further and realized it definitely was not the insurance companies' fault and had it all on recording. Also, this dealer sold me a van with 1 headlight out, the top Lights of the van weren't working either and the license plate light wasn't working. I drove in the dark for 4 hours with a busted headlight. I didn't even ask them to pay for those damages. I paid for it all myself. I have been promised a new temporary plate for now, but they lied about that, they said they would send it, and they have not. I had no choice, so I called an attorney to file a complaint with the attorney generals on Monday to get our plates. My attorney is also filing a police report. Hopefully the owner here cares about his customers. This is a work van used to make money and can't be used until this dealer gives me what they are legally obligated to give me. I just started a business; I saved up my whole life and roughed through Heart Disease and I have diabetes, and this dealer is making me very stressed out. I could lose my business before It even starts, These people are treating my like trash . My attorney told me to also call the news, So I think I will try that, maybe the attorney general's office and the news can help me, I just need either another temporary license plate or my license plates which they are legally obligated to provide and are way past the LEGAL deadline. After being lied to and yelled at for 5 weeks, my health and stress has been very bad, I have to take alot of medicine daily for my heart and some to bring down my blood pressure, I don't know how a company can treat another human being like this. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS AUTO DEALERSHIP, THEY WILL LIE, STEAL AND CHEAT YOU.
