Oil change Service was ok , I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. Not happy that I was charged for the tire rotation been to other dealerships that don’t Service was ok , I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. Not happy that I was charged for the tire rotation been to other dealerships that don’t charge for it. Also asked them to wash it as well , I was told it looks clean but I guess we can wash it. Must say it was a crappy wash job!!!! They didn’t even dry it off . Like I said before I’ve been to other dealerships where they really take care of you , that’s Faulkner GMC for you , all they want is your money !!! More

Excellent Service I had my car inspected, a Pontiac G6 which needed lots of work. Jim Keyser was of great help to me advising the key repairs that needed to be done now I had my car inspected, a Pontiac G6 which needed lots of work. Jim Keyser was of great help to me advising the key repairs that needed to be done now. He guided my in the other fixes which I need to get completed soon. He ordered and installed a tire which is difficult to find, and replaced w/s wipers. Plans to get other things repaired are in the works and I thank Jim for all his help! Jim should get a raise and bonus for his assistance and excellent help. More

Very pleasant service shop, great job with my car! I called Paul on a spare of the moment to see if he could fit my car in as it was making an odd sound. Paul said bring it in.
