I have been lucky to have had the same service rep since my original days of purchasing my Equinox years ago and since then he has always been my assigned rep. He takes time to make the experience at this dealer as pleasant & quick but appropriate service as can be. He always asks questions and supplies me with answers/info to keep me in a safe car. More

Great service experience I took my Buick Enclave to Faulkner due to a recall issue, and since I was going, had a 60,000 mile service as well. There was a delay in the recall i I took my Buick Enclave to Faulkner due to a recall issue, and since I was going, had a 60,000 mile service as well. There was a delay in the recall item and it took a few extra days to get the part, but Leslie was wonderful to work with. She provided timely updates and was always very friendly and professional. I was offered a courtesy car due to the delay, and Leslie went out of her way to get items from my car that I might need (child's car seat, phone charger, and garage door opener). I would definitely go back for service when needed again. More
