Overall Faulkner, GMC did a nice job fixing my truck. Faulkner, GMC was very professional they did call me to inform me what needed to be done to the truck before working on it. We where disappointed that a 4 year old Yukon with 81K miles needs a rebuilt transmission. It was covered by GMC just concerning since we travel often. Jack got us a car to use, he knows I am on the go with three kids in sports. I do love my Yukon and the team at Faulkner’s. My husband isn’t happy with the GMC but loves the service staff since we are there often. More
