Service takes too long I purchased my vehicle here in 2013. I used to get my oil changes/multipoint inspections here. Then the appointments started going 2-2.5 hours. I deci I purchased my vehicle here in 2013. I used to get my oil changes/multipoint inspections here. Then the appointments started going 2-2.5 hours. I decided to go to Roberts Chevy in exton. They used to complete the same tasks under the 2 hour mark. Unfortunately they moved to west Chester. So, I decided to try Faulkner’s again. I see that nothing has changed in 2 years. I had a 730 am appointment for my oil change/ tire rotation and left around 9:50. I’ll be trying the Chevy dealer down the street for my next visit Don’t get me wrong, they are polite and explain everything. However, the length of a visit is just too long and has happened far too many times. More

Since the part was on back order and it was a warranty repair, he got me a loaner vehicle. The repair did not take as long as expected, and I had my truck back in reasonable time. This is my second repair at Faulkner, and both experiences have gone well. More
