Leslie is always gracious, accommodating, and gets me in and out which I appreciate. However, I called the operator to make an appointment for an oil change and inspection and was not able to get one for and out which I appreciate. However, I called the operator to make an appointment for an oil change and inspection and was not able to get one for over a week. Also, I called and left a message to make an appointment and was not called back. I had to call back. That’s not helpful. This new arrangement with ciocca is horrible. More
