Unfortunately the maintenance side of the dealership is so slow that they lose out on business. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. After an hour and 45 minutes I was told it should b so slow that they lose out on business. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. After an hour and 45 minutes I was told it should be done in a few minutes then just needed a wash and vacuum. I told them not to bother with the wash. This was not the first time this had happened for a scheduled appointment. Also, each time I get the vehicle back the maintenance paper floor mat is left in the vehicle. (Even after being washed and vacuumed the first time.) just not work my time let alone the high price of an oil change. If they were more times I may have been inclined to have them add some of the other issues they noted but that was not feasible with how it is being run. More
