As for the service itself, I dropped off my car the night before & was amazed when I got a call at 8:30 AM the next morning saying my car was already done. (WOW!) When I arrived to pick it up, Jeff was very thorough in answering all of my questions & then walked me over to the check-out area. THIS is where Faulkner always IMPRESSES me, that is, completing my dealership experience with Tammy in the check-out area. She's incredible! Over decades of visiting Faulkner, no one has left a more positive impression on me. Even though months go by between my visits, Tammy always remembers our conversations like we last spoke just yesterday. She's such an AWESOME representative for Faulkner & believe it not, my two-minute chats with her are actually a part of my decision to return to Faulkner for service. I’m not sure how many people can say they enjoy visiting the check-out area to PAY for a car repair bill (LOL), but I honestly do !!!
