Went in for JUST a test drive and left with a new car. Great dealership! I left another Honda dealership because of the attitudes and typical sales person treatment. That did not happen here from the mom Great dealership! I left another Honda dealership because of the attitudes and typical sales person treatment. That did not happen here from the moment I met Mitchell. Treated me with respect and sincerity the whole time. No pressure sales pitches just honest open conversation about what I was looking for. At one point I think he even tried to tell me to keep my current car. After the test drive (knowing I wanted the car) I was hesitant to start "negotiations" over price for the new car and trade in value because of previous experiences at other dealers. Mitchell came back the FIRST time with a price BELOW invoice for the new car and a fair offer for the trade in. He mentioned I could probably get more money for my car if I sold it myself. I didn't want to chance the car I wanted would not be there by the time I sold my car so they went ahead and offered more than fair price for my trade in. The rest of the sale went smooth from insurance to the final signing. Needless to say I went if for only a test drive and drove out with a new car. My wife and I will be buying all our future Honda's from Mitchell at Keenan Honda. Almost forgot....they even let me "borrow" one of those big bows to take home and put on the front hood....like the Christmas commercials! More
