He responded to my Internet inquiry about my Honda Insight very quickly and more importantly quoted a price that was under my beginning counter-offer to another dealer. I was impressed with Andrew's knowledge of his product and his technical savvy with the navigational and voice activated command systems. When I had been shown the same system a few days earlier I had no idea how sophisticated or easy to operate the system was. He made it come alive. Andrew's manner is warm and friendly. Some people who are good with tech are horrible with people, but Andy is great with both. He made me comfortable with the car, comfortable with the dealership and with buying my new car. Diane Costa was great in handling the legal and financial documents. She was wonderfully warm, patient (with all of my stories) and efficient. I love my new car and how Keenan treated me. We made a successful purchase of a 2207, low-mileage CRV. Mr. Levitt was low-key & didn't try to influence us or steer us in any particular way. He allowed that we make the decision that we believed was right for us. He was sufficiently knowledgeable as to the pros/cons of purchasing a new 2010 or a used vehicle. We agreed that for the pricing the low-mileage with the extended 7 year, 100,000 mile warranty best suited our needs. We are please with the sales & service of our experience. More

I managed to receive 2 of the 3 promised free oil changes before being told they were not free and I had been lied too by the salesman. Took the Pilot in for state inspection and oil change in May 09 and again in Sept. for the 15,000 service only to be stopped and fined for a expired inspection sticker in August. Every complaint has been answered with the reply that the person responsible is no longer in their employ because they were incompetent and were fired. This included the lying salesman, the service manager, and the mechanic who worked on the car. I switched to Scott Honda for service and they are amazingly competent and professional. I receive discount coupons in the mail for service and emails alerting me to same! Scott also charges less for service!!! Keenan offers free tires for life if you get your vehicle serviced there but if you read the fine print you realize you will never get them! I have purchased 2 additional Hondas for my daughters and they were not from Keenan!! More
