Every employee I encountered was pleasant and polite. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and informed what was going to happen next. I was given a detailed print out of the issues and it was explained to me as well. I was given options, but since I was coming from NH I needed immediate attention to my brakes and the work was completed in a timely manner. I’m very satisfied with the work that was done, customer service, and overall cleanliness of the entire facility and would consider driving from NH again for scheduled service. More
