This is a beautiful upscale dealership and I bought my 2021 Civic Sport Hatch here. Amazing support and free oil changes, tire rotations and more. Also my screen broke in the car and the warranty covered the replacement. During repairs they allowed me use of a beautiful new car and they were done in just two days! Faulkner Infinity is a first class place to do business. Their goal is to first make sure you are happy with your selection. Our mission was to replace our beloved Infinity FX35 AWD Sport model with a low Their goal is to first make sure you are happy with your selection. Our mission was to replace our beloved Infinity FX35 AWD Sport model with a low mileage QX50. It was not easy given their abundant offerings. But with the patience of Darrell and Brandon we finally made a choice to keep our FX35 and ended up leasing a new QX 50. First time we considered that option, but the numbers worked out about the same as chosing a used one that was 3 years old. No pressure from anyone at Faulkner, but helped us sort out options. So here we are with a new car in our garage and feel good about the experience. Thanks guys. More
