For the past six years we have leased three successive QX’s from Faulkner Infiniti. And we’ve been taking them, as well as our Q60 IPL hardtop convertible, there for service over that time. The service managers have changed throughout the years, but all of them have been terrific. A great example of that is our latest manager Adriana. She clearly explains what issues have turned up on a particular visit, which ones can be postponed to help out our budget, and the cost breakdown. AND she’s pleasant to deal with.
