I went to Faulkner because my Subaru died. I found one that I liked on the lot on a Sunday. I checked it out online and received a call from Sean. Jesse was chatting with my mom the same day that I was talking to Sean. We went in that night and Jesse was already with a customer, but directed us to Sean. Sean worked with me and showed me the car. He took all of my info and we left for the evening. The next day, I got a few calls from Jesse who worked with the finance manager to get me my car. After work, I went to the dealer and Jesse showed me everything about my car and had several suggestions on maintenance down the road. The staff was very helpful. I was there at 5:30pm and was out by 7:00pm with keys in hand. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Jesse was one of the friendliest and understanding salesmen I encountered during my car search. Overall, I interacted with approximately 10 dealerships and 13 salesmen. Jesse got my business because of his competitive pricing, but mostly because of non-pushy attitude. In better terms, Jesse was less of a salesman, and more of an assistant. Jesse helped me every step of the way, and once I decided to go with his offer, we were in constant communication about how to make the process as easy and quick as possible so that we did not have to sit in the dealership for hours waiting on paperwork to go through (I live 45 mins away). In addition, I was introduced to every member of the dealership staff, and they were extremely welcoming. Jesse took me through the basics of my new vehicle, and even cleaned off my old license plate from my trade-in so that it wouldn't tarnish the look of my CX-5. Finally, apparently I left a CD in my trade-in vehicle, and Jesse was nice enough to call me the next day and tell me that he would send it or keep it on his desk for me when I returned for my first inspection. The service was great!! I did not feel rushed or forced into making any purchase. Jesse made me feel comfortable, but did not push me to buy anything. Jesse did an amazing job making my Dad and I feel welcome as soon as we arrived, with his pleasant personality and friendly manner. I would definitely recommend any of my friends or family members to him in their search for a vehicle, and even today he was showing Dad a van that my brother-in-law might be interested in. Now that in my opinion is going the second mile! And I will certainly be in touch with Jesse, when I need to purchase another vehicle, however I hope that won't be for a number of years! :) I am thrilled with the car that I got today! it started with a call from frank kaminski with a deal that seemed to good to be true,but we made an appointment for a saturday morning, when we got there frank greeted us with open arms, the mazda 3 was that seemed to good to be true,but we made an appointment for a saturday morning, when we got there frank greeted us with open arms, the mazda 3 was ready to go for a test drive but frank wanted to go over the numbers first so not to waste any more of our time if we were not happy with them. when he was done i was more skeptical it just seemed to good to be true,i kept waiting for that hidden sales pitch,true to his word there just wasn't one. frank introduced us to jesse mcknight, what a great guy a family man with a demeanor to match, his knowledge and passion for these cars are undeniable. he explained every thing so we could easily understand, we really had a good time which seems unheard of,we were not there long, a big plus, they treated us with the upmost respect, they bent over backwards for us we felt like family. frank and jesse are great assets to your dealership,will recomend freinds and family and remain a customer. can't wait to see how the service dept. treats us. I wasn't planning on buying a new car when I stopped at Faulkner Mazda. Amanda and Mark did a great job finding the car that worked best for me at a great price. Both were very easy to work with.
