Mr. Nyman did a great job of explaining the options for extended warranties and did not pressure us to buy anything additional. Amanda was one of the best car salesperson I have dealt with over the years. Alot of car dealers are "pushy" when you are browsing their lots, which easily can turn people away. I'm a younger adult female and was looking to buy my first brand new car after my divorce. I walked into the dealership wanting my trade in paid for and zero % financing. They had tons of inventory and exactly what i wanted. I gave them a figure and figured they were going to try to swindle me because Im a woman. They just gave me what I wanted which was more than Kelly Blue Book Value. I got more than my pay-off. I got my financing at 0% for 60 months. They had to call in there finance person because it was late. They were there 30 minutes after the closing time. All with not one bit of haggleing. I will definitely go back to Faulkner in the future. I love my new car. My new Mazda 3 represents my new found freedom! Thank You Michael Fletcher for making it happen!!!
