I just bought my first new car today from Jesse, a Mazda 3, and I am so pleased with how helpful and friendly he was without being pushy or condescending. My old car, that they were generous enough to let me trade in, was 13 years old, so I was intimidated by all the new features on the Mazda. I have to say that I felt very comfortable asking Jesse questions about the car, as I knew he took them all very seriously and carefully went over the manual as well. He also set up my first free oil change for me, so that all I have to do is show up! Everyone that I met at the Faulkner Mazda dealership was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I have been shopping for a new vehicle so we decided to stop at Faulkner Mazda. We were immediately greeted by Jesse with a big smile and friendly voice. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and his knowledge of the vehicles we test drove was impressive. He was very friendly and didn't act like your typical salesman. He made us feel very comfortable and in a pressure free environment the whole time. I called him a few days later to ask if we could test drive the CX7 again. When we got there, he had it all ready and waiting. Needless, to say we bought it that night. Jesse and the rest of the staff worked hard to get us in the car that night. Even though it was well past closing, we never felt like we were a bother to be there. Jesse's passion towards people and cars make him an asset to your Company and he truly is a quality employee! They were friendly, polite and most importantly – they did not use the high-pressure tactics I had become accustom to at other dealerships. I was particularly dreading the experience of having to purchase a new vehicle (I arrived at the dealership still driving the same car I purchased in 1998) but the staff at Faulkner made the process even enjoyable. I could not have hoped for a better outcome. They were patient, giving me time to think it over and consider options.. respectable, professional and their attention to detail impressed me. I was also VERY happy with the price of the vehicle (I had been doing research beforehand for a comparison) and they matched the trade-in value of my original vehicle that another dealership had offered (considering my car was so old and beat that I couldn’t even get it registered, I would have actually paid them to tow it). I’d like it noted also that Jesse McKnight cancelled plans with his kids on a Friday night to best accommodate my work schedule. I’ve been driving this vehicle for 3 months now and as yet – absolutely NO buyer’s remorse. I’ll be doing business with this dealership exclusively for the maintenance of my Mazda. More

I came to Faulkner looking to see if I could trade in my CX-7 for another car that made more sense for me. I had an appointment with the dealership that sold me the CX-7, but decided to check with Faulkner CX-7 for another car that made more sense for me. I had an appointment with the dealership that sold me the CX-7, but decided to check with Faulkner first. Boy am I glad that I did! I was greeted by Jesse and the other members of the sales staff with smiles and handshakes. Once I described to Jesse what I needed, wanted and the payment I needed to make this deal work; he set to work to get me just that. Unfortunately, upon checking out my trade, we came up with some previous information on the used vehicle I had that made the trade-in value much lower than I had hoped. The short story is that the previous dealership had duped me. I was very distressed at learning this and was sure the whole thing was off. Jesse assured me every step of the way that he would do everything he could to get me into the Mazda5 that I wanted. Jesse and the staff at Faulkner did everything they could to meet all my requirements in purchasing a new car. I cannot say enough good things about Jesse McKnight. I hope that Faulkner recognizes what a valuable asset they have in this salesman. In the future if I find I need another vehicle, I will definitely see Jesse first!
