All you hear about car sales people is not true here at Faulkner. They truly want you happy and work with you until you are satisfied. Obviously its not a charity, but you can tell that they really care. That is what keeps me going to them. I had several good deals available to me this time as I visited other dealerships, and I chose Faulkner because of all the reasons I gave earlier. I highly recommend them. I worked with Mike Rocchi once more, Ravi Roopnarine and David Sutton. All pros! When its time for another Mazda, I will go there again. I indicated my interest in the car on the Faulkner website, and promptly had my test drive confirmed by Faulkner's helpful staff. The car had been purchased from Faulkner 4 years ago and had been regularly serviced there. While the car came with a number of extra, nonstandard features, they did not jack up the price as one might expect. Tom Weaver gave me all the information I needed about the car and was pleasant, courteous, and easy to work with. He worked with me on the price of my trade-in, and I was altogether pleased with the whole experience. More

Tom from Faulkner provided the best quote, but it was also the nature of his communication that made me decide to go with Faulkner. He was very responsive through both e-mail and the phone.
