This was my first car buying experience, so I was bracing for the stereotypica motivator for visiting this dealer, and it lived up to its reputation! I expressed interest in a vehicle online and quickly received a great quote (relative to truecar.com prices) from Kim Principale. Kim scheduled a test drive for me with another sales representative to accommodate my schedule rather than hers. Renee Fargason toured the relevant features and rode along for the drive. The appraisal of my trade-in and price detailing for the lease were fair, transparent, and completely pressure-free. As I left to think it over and try some other options, they weren't aggressive and even said NICE things about the alternatives. Ultimately, I was pleased to find the Mazda suited my needs the best and gave my business to Faulker. More
