The reason why I am writing is because my son and I were very pleased with the professioal and courteous manner in which Preston responded to our request to purchase a used car. Although this was my first car buying experience- I never expected it to be so enjoyable and easy! I knew I was interested in Mazda but it was the great service I received before I had even walked in the door that lead me to choose it to be the first dealership I entered (and ended up being the last). So many dealerships required my personal information before sending me car quotes but Kim gave me great general information I needed and supplied me with a wealth of information without me sending my SSN over the internet. I went to Faulkner to see the new CX5. My husband had bought a Mazda and really liked the cars, so I wanted to check them out. I was looking to buy a new small SUV to replace my current car. Ravi was extremely knowledgeable and helpful - we went for a test drive and he answered all my questions. I had planned on going to see the Toyota Rav4 (as that is what I currently had) but was so taken with the CX5 I never left Faulkner. They were able to find the car with the interior I wanted and had it brought to the dealer within a couple of days. I would recommend Faulkner and Ravi to everyone I know More
