I purchased my 2010 Mazda with Faulkner and I never had a problem, whenever I called, came in, whatever my need, they met it. The service team is great, patient and thorough. I never worried about an issue not being resolved or the pricing being too high; they really work with you. I just had the great pleasure of purchasing at 2014 Mazda 6! What made this experience so great is I had been speaking with Mike R., Renee, and Larry a few months before the release of the model. They were wonderful in sharing the information they had and honest about what they did not know. When the final details became available, I was able to get exactly what I wanted. Mike R. provided all information that became available. I never had to worry about reaching out to him, he knew I was eager and had no problem with reaching out to me. I was able to come in and test drive the car; all the while each and every staff member I encountered was friendly and efficient. Finally, the buying process; buying a car can be a daunting task and just takes a while. I appreciated the staff at Faulkner, they took time to make sure we were comfortable. Mike R. got it right. There was no haggling, I was specific with what I wanted; he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Mike P. was a true gem. The team was very patient with someone who presented numerous questions, all of which were expertly answered. Upon completion of all the paperwork, the team provided this new owner with all the time and instruction to allow me to become familiar with all the instrumentation.
